El Mirador, Zempoala, Hidalgo, Mexico, 43840, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.
For anything relating to this notice, write to contacto@zandover.com.
2. Data we collect
Through the forms on this site we collect only the following data, all provided voluntarily by you:
- Name or company name
- Email address
- Country or market of operation
- Commercial information about the product, presentation, volume and frequency you are looking for
We do not collect sensitive personal data, asset data or financial data through this site.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):
- Responding to your request for information, a quotation or supply
- Preparing and sending commercial proposals
- Managing the commercial relationship and the sale itself
- Complying with applicable tax, customs and foreign trade obligations
Secondary purposes (not necessary, and which you may object to):
- Sending information about new products, seasonal availability or changes in our operation
- Producing internal demand statistics that do not identify you individually
If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, tell us at any time at contacto@zandover.com. Refusing will never be a reason to deny you the service you requested.
4. Data transfers
Zandover does not sell, trade or otherwise commercialise your personal data.
We may transfer your data without your consent in the cases set out in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, including where the transfer is necessary to meet obligations towards competent authorities, or where it is essential to maintain or perform our legal relationship with you — for example with customs brokers, carriers and foreign trade authorities involved in shipping your order.
We use technology providers acting as data processors that may store information outside Mexico, including email, web hosting and form-processing services. These providers are contractually bound to process the data only under our instructions and in line with this notice.
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of that use (Access); to ask us to correct it where it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to remove it from our records where you consider it is not being used in line with the applicable principles and duties (Cancellation); and to object to its use for specific purposes (Objection).
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to contacto@zandover.com including:
- Your name and a means of replying to you
- A copy of official identification proving your identity, or that of your legal representative
- A clear description of the data the request concerns
- Anything else that helps us locate your data
We will reply within a maximum of 20 working days from receipt. Where the request is upheld, it will take effect within 15 working days of that reply.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to the same address. Please note that for certain purposes withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide the service, or that the commercial relationship ends.
7. Limiting use or disclosure
You may ask us to stop using your data for advertising or commercial prospecting by writing to contacto@zandover.com.
8. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by applicable tax and foreign trade rules. Once those periods end, the data is blocked and deleted.
9. Cookies
This site does not use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. We only use the technical resources needed to display the site, including third-party hosted typefaces.
10. Visitors from the European Economic Area
If you contact us from the European Union, the legal basis for processing your data is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, together with our legitimate interest in answering your commercial enquiry. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contacto@zandover.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
